HCP Education · Medical Video

Clinical evidence, told frame by frame.

A medical video education series for Servier — spanning many products and therapeutic areas, produced end to end by Kepler: storyboarding, design, footage selection, medical content writing, revision, referencing, animation and production.

Every claim sourced on screen

Study data doesn't explain itself. Video can.

Servier needed adequate healthcare-professional education across a portfolio — many products, many therapeutic areas. The raw material was clinical evidence: trial endpoints, mechanisms, treatment comparisons. The job was to turn it into videos a busy clinician can absorb, without losing the science on the way.

The audience
Busy clinicians — education that meets them between cases
The mandate

One production line, held to a medical standard at every step.

01HCP education first — evidence made clear, not diluted
02A consistent visual system across products and therapeutic areas
03Medically written, revised and referenced before a single frame moved
Everything, from storyboard to final render.

The science leads. The animation follows.

Every video started as a storyboard and a medically written script — the visuals were built to carry the evidence, never to decorate it.

Four disciplines carried every video:

01
Storyboarding

Each video mapped scene by scene before design — the data's story agreed up front.

02
Design & footage

Visual design plus footage selection — live-action and graphics working as one language.

03
Medical writing & revision

Content written, then revised against the source material until the science held.

04
Animation & production

Referenced scripts turned into finished, broadcast-ready videos — in house, end to end.

Adequate HCP education — that was the brief, and the bar.

Frames from the series.

Stills from the delivered videos — clinical data rebuilt as motion graphics, with sources referenced on screen.

Video frame — heart failure patient scene with on-screen study statistic
FRAMEEvidence in context. A patient scene carries the study statistic — the number lands because the setting is real, and the source sits on screen.
Video frame — LDL-C reduction data comparison as motion graphics
FRAMETrial data as a visual story. A treatment comparison rebuilt as clean motion graphics — two arms, one readable outcome.
Video frame — myocardial perfusion curve animation
FRAMEMechanism made visible. A perfusion curve animated from the published study — the physiology explains the benefit.
Video frame — hospitalization outcome curve from clinical study
FRAMEOutcome curves, kept honest. The study's cumulative-incidence chart redrawn for motion — simplified in form, faithful in data, referenced at the foot of the frame.

Everything between the brief and the final cut.

01

Storyboarded every video — the narrative agreed before design began

↗
02

Designed the visual system and selected the footage

↗
03

Wrote the medical content, then revised it against the source material

↗
04

Referenced the clinical claims — sources carried on screen

↗
05

Animated and produced the final videos, end to end

↗
06

Repeated the system across many products and therapeutic areas — one consistent standard

↗

Three decisions that made the difference.

One production line

Storyboard, script, design, footage, animation and production under one roof — so the science never degraded in a handoff between vendors.

Data made visual

Endpoints, curves and comparisons rebuilt as motion graphics a clinician reads in seconds — simplified in form, faithful in substance.

Referenced, always

Medical revision and referencing were stages of production, not afterthoughts — every claim traceable to its source, on screen.

Produced by Kepler for Servier. Frames shown are from the delivered videos; product names, data and branding appear as referenced in the original materials and remain the property of Servier.
